To cancel an order you have placed with Slighter Golf Company, you must contact us by email at sales@slightergolf.com or by phone 360-691-2620. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as production has not begun on your custom putter. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, date of your order and putter style, and your contact information. Please note that once production of your putter has begun, your order cannot be cancelled.
All items indicated to be in-stock will be shipped on the following business day. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has been shipped, but will also provide the shipping provider and tracking number.
All refunds will be individually reviewed based on the merits of the request. All refunds will be investigated, approved, or rejected at the sole discretion of Slighter Golf. Slighter Golf will determine the amount approved on all refunds. All refunds may be subject to a 5% processing fee.
Every custom putter purchased from Slighter Golf comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by Slighter Golf Company which may be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion. For assistance contact us by email (sales@slightergolf.com) or by phone at 360-691-2620. Please contact our Customer Support for help in determining whether the item appears defective. If it is, Support will provide instructions for returning the item. All shipping costs are to be paid by customer.
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry standard 30 Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. The warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
We ship all Slighter Golf Co items via USPS Priority Mail.
